Entry 19: Effects of Preventive Measures on Pupils

I think that the preventive measures are useful to us as if that if someone from another class gets the flu virus, our class will have a lesser chance of getting it.The activities that have affected me is my Physical Education and my Music lesson. It affects me as I won't have to do exercise and I won't learn any new music.I don't think the school is less boring as all the school activities has resumed.I don't think my relationship with your friends and teachers affected.with the extra time I have now, I will read a storybook. My outside activities won't be affected.

Entry 16: Influenza A H1N1

Influenza A H1N1 is a virus than can cause you to have Fever(at or above 37.6 degrees),Cough,Runny Nose,Sore throat,Body ache,Headache and tiredness. The disease is spread by pigs and humans. The countries that are affected by Influenza A(H1N1) are Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Dominican Republic, Japan, Mexico, Panama, Philippines, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States of America. Some of the countries try to prevent this disease by teaching the children in the school to wash their hands after and before their meals and when they touch something dirty.I think taking temperature everyday is preventing the disease as when if a student hit the trigger temperature, the student will be sent back home to rest. Then the chances of the rest to get the disease will be lower.Other preventive measures is by not going out more often.I will try to be more hygienic.
